Welcome to my resource center for living a healthy, vibrant life. I’ve gathered information from sources that have been helpful to me as I’ve faced some serious health challenges. I share this information so that you might find it useful in your pursuit of health and wellbeing.

I am not a doctor or a medical professional, I’m just someone who decided to take control of her own health by gaining a better understanding of the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Nothing on this website is meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition. There are endless books, documentaries, experts, websites, etc. on these topics. I am sharing only those that I have researched and tried myself and that resonate with me. I fully understand that some of these topics are controversial and that many people have differing opinions. I understand that we may not agree on the efficacy of certain modalities and I respect your right to decide for yourself, please respect my right to do the same.
